Evaluating Deals

TradeWinds is constantly evaluating promising investment opportunities to bring to our investor network. This is just a preliminary step. We require each investor to conduct their own analysis to determine if the investment is right for them.

Companies will provide offering materials to TradeWinds covering their business, the market opportunity, the use of proceeds and revenue and profit potential. Additionally, in most cases they will be available for live webinars and conference calls for an investor to engage directly with management. Each potential investor is encouraged to challenge all assumptions and ask questions.

For a business to be a success, it takes more than a great product or service. Below are some of the areas we think every investor should asses in great depth.
